Prepare any supermarket-bought meatloaf.
Make the mayonnaise.
Ingredients
Egg yolk 1pc
Corn oil 225g
Icing sugar 25g
Lemon juice 25g
1. Firstly, separate the egg yolk into a bowl.
2. Pour in the icing sugar. Whip until light in color and fluffy in volume.
3. Pour in a little oil and mix well with the egg yolks.
4. Pour in a small amount of oil for the second time and continue to whisk well.
5. Repeat the oiling and whisking process a third time. Repeat until the yolk becomes very thick.
6. Pour in a little lemon juice and mix well.
7. Add a little oil for the second time and whisk well. When it becomes very thick, pour in a little more lemon juice. Repeat this process until the lemon juice and oil are used up.
The delicious mayonnaise is ready! Set it aside.
Next, make the bread part.
Prepare the ingredients.

Part A: 80g milk
Part B: 5 egg whites
Corn oil 45g
Sugar 40g
Sugar 20g
Low gluten flour 75g
5 egg yolks
Steps:
Part A
1. Mix the corn oil, milk, and sugar until there are no particles.
2. Add the sifted flour and mix in a zigzag pattern until there is no dry flour.
3. Add vanilla extract and egg yolks and mix well in a zigzag pattern.
Part B
4. Make sure the bowl is free from impurities.
5. Whip the egg whites. Beat on medium-high speed until large bubbles form.
6. Beat in sugar in three batches until it lifts into a large bend.
Part AB: Pour evenly into the baking pan in two batches. Preheat oven for 5-10 minutes. Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
When the bread comes out of the oven, spread it with the prepared mayonnaise and meatloaf. Spread them evenly over the cake. Then roll up and set. Once it is set and cut open, you can enjoy it.
